Could it be???? YES!! I am... PREGNANT!!!

I know I haven't been actively posting on here for the last few months. For that I am sorry! A lot has changed for me this year! I married the love of my life April 1st! (Heck yea I wanted this date, because I never thought I would be getting married.. Its far from an April Fool's Joke though.)

Dennis and I

Anyway, now to the very exciting part of this post! We are expecting! Yep! You read that correctly.. We couldn't be happier! I am 24weeks 2days pregnant! For those of you counting.. I'm 6 months along. :)

Now this is a really big change of pace for me. As many of you know I have children from previous relationships. My son Devon, just turned 12 this year, my daughter Brianna, just turned 9 this year. So I need to get back into the baby swing of things. It's been awhile. LOL..

Devon and I

I am getting bigger as you can see from my pic. Maybe next time I post a picture of me I will be wearing a cute maternity shirt to really show off my belly.. Eh maybe not.. Hehehe I guess you will have to stay tuned for that update.

But for now, the baby and I are doing great. Since I'm in my second trimester now I'm feeling a whole lot better than I was a few months ago. I have a lot more energy now. I believe that's why I have decided to try and start this blog back up.

Take care!

Cheerios New 2-Box Warehouse Club Packaging Review and {Giveaway!} Ends 6/17

One of my all time favorite cereals is Cheerios. I remember eating it as a kid, and now I buy it for my kids. When I don't have coupons for it, I will buy it from Sam's Club. As a savvy Club member, you can recognize the value of buying Cheerios® cereal at your local Costco, Sam’s Club or BJ’s. While buying Cheerios at Club is already easy and affordable, new 2 box Cheerios packaging format makes Cheerios an even better purchase! You can cheer on the value by purchasing the new 2 box Cheerios packages in Club!

What’s so exciting?

• New 2 box Cheerios contains two individual boxes, making them easier to store and easier to pour!

Not to mention…

• By reducing the amount of air in each individual bag, these enhanced containers fit 10% more cereal than before and use less packaging
• While each box contains more cereal, packaging material has been reduced by over 200,000 lbs, saving 1,000 trees and taking 130 Cheerios trucks of the road, decreasing CO2 emissions

You don’t have to take our word for it, check out all the benefits of new 2 box Cheerios packaging and feel free to share with your readers! http://bit.ly/CheeriosNew2Box
New and improved 2 box Cheerios are now available on the shelves of Costco, Sam’s Club and BJ’s nationwide.

I was sent two boxes of the New 2 box Cheerios packaging. I really liked the new design. I didn't have to worry about my cereal going stale, because they are packaged separately. I love that! Because who likes stale cereal? No one comes to mind.

I have two boxes of the New 2 box Cheerios to giveaway to 2 lucky winners.

Stanley Steemer Review and {Giveaway!} $100 Gift Certificate Ends 6/3

With the weather becoming nicer and nicer, it truly is time for some Spring Cleaning around my house. And what better way to get it started with getting my carpets professionally cleaned.

Dirt is just like tooth decay - it never quits! Despite your best intentions for cleaning this spring, you should not have to do it alone. Cleaning more than 200 tons of dirt last year, Stanley Steemer knows dirt! Call the experts at Stanley Steemer and let them help you achieve that deeper level of clean in your home this season.

Despite their good intentions and best efforts, Americans doing their spring cleaning might make the home look or smell better on the surface, but vacuuming and cleaning machines only remove some of the dirt, dust and particulates that cause allergic reactions.  In a recent national poll commissioned by Stanley Steemer, the nation’s largest deep cleaning service, nearly half of respondents predicted spending less than four hours total on this year’s spring cleaning.  But only 19 percent reported having ever used a professional for cleaning.   To combat this difficult allergy season this spring plus truly make your homes clean, consumers should consider a deeper cleaning twice a year by the professionals at Stanley Steemer. Not just for carpet cleaning, Stanley Steemer’s expertise extends to hardwood, tile, air ducts, water damage restoration, and more! Stanley Steemer’s proprietary equipment and cleaning processes remove more than 98% of dry soil from floors With over 70 branches  and 220 franchise locations in 48 states, Stanley Steemer services 95% of the country

Want to see Stanley Steemer in action? Check out the Stanley Steemer van and crew as they visited fellow blogger Corine Ingrassia’s home of Complicated Mama: Click HERE to view.

Scheduling my appointment with Stanley Steemer was very easy and it took less than a week before they made their presence known in my home. The guys were very professional, nice, and made sure they wore booties over their shoes so they wouldn't track mud into my home. I am very pleased as to how my carpets turned out.  I have always used my own carpet cleaner on my carpets and never had them done professionally. I am so glad I was able to work with Stanley Steemer and do a review.

Stanley Steemer would love to give one of my lucky readers a $100 gift certificate so you can try them out as well.

Zoobies Blanket Pets Review and {Giveaway!} Ends 5/27

Recently I got to do a review with an adorable Blanket Pet from a company called Zoobies. What is a Zoobies you ask, well it is a Plush Toy, a Blanket, and a Pillow All-In-One. Yup, they are totally awesome! We even got to choose which one we wanted to review. That was the hardest choice I've had to make in a very long time. They are all very cute, that's why it was hard to choose. We went with the Mashaka The Monkey because my daughter loves Monkeys.

This is what the Zoobies looks like before you take the very soft plush blanket out of it.

Here is what the Zoobies looks like once the blanket is taken out. Its a nice sized blanket.

From their website:
Swinging his way from the jungles of Africa, this rambunctious, award-winning ape (chosen specifically by Toy Directory for the very prestigious Top Toy Award 2007) is sure to hang around your child and become his/her best friend. Not only is Mashaka™ an adorable monkey, but also a comfy pillow and super-soft blanket all in one. Perfect for road excursions or just cuddling in bed.

• Microbead stuffed head for ultimate squishability™
• Large, super-soft coral fleece blanket zipped inside: 44" x 34"
• L: 34.3" x W: 6.3" x H: 15.8"
• 100% polyester (additional materials)
• Washing-Blanket: Machine wash, tumble dry. Blanket zips off for easy washing.
• Washing-Outer pouch: Spot wash (if machine washed, using a laundry bag designed for delicates is recommended).
• Two bottom hook-and-loop Velcro tabs gather Blanket Pet™ into animal shape.
• Recommended for ages 3 and up, but safely tested for all ages.

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has little or big kids because it can really come in handy. I think it's a wonderful product, and oh so cute.

SendaFlyingCard.com {Review}

Today I have a great company to tell you about. sendaflyingcard.com is a very unique and creative way to send not just a card, but a flying disc (frisbee) to someone special. The above picture is the way my frisbee looked when I received it in the mail awhile back. It definitely put a smile on my face, and I'm sure it would make someone who is special to you smile when they go out to their mailbox and find this neat frisbee. Who needs a card anymore? This flying disc will last a lot longer than a regular paper card, and you can play with this when the weather is nice outside.

The flying disc came just like this, no packaging at all. That is also a great thing for the environment. My kids and I love the idea of this frisbee. Just think of your Mother, since Mother's Day is approaching us fast, this would be the perfect "card" to send to her, to let her know you love her.
From their website:
SendaFlyingCard.com is a family owned business headquartered in New York.  It is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, Shawn and Danielle along with their two boys Patrick and Matthew.  Shawn and Danielle are a fun-loving couple who actually grew up and went to school together, they've known each other forever.  They started dating in high school and got married after college.  They always have a constant smile and always provide a laugh to those that they encounter as they love life!!!  If you ever meet them, you will agree, just look at their picture.
I would definitely recommend these flying discs to anyone you care about and want to send them something out of the ordinary.

SmartSilk Pillow Set Review and {Giveaway!} RV $120 Ends 5/1 (CLOSED)

Recently I came across a great company that wants to help the way we sleep. SmartSilk, is All Natural Silk Filled Luxury Bedding for a Healthy Bed & Body. Now doesn't that already sound relaxing? I was sent two King Size Pillows for review. Let me start out by saying, these pillows are absolutely amazing. I have never gotten such a great night's sleep before trying these pillows out. I do usually like my pillows a bit more firmer than what these are, but I am now use to them, and love them.

Since we spend so much time in our beds in a lifetime, it just makes sense to have bedding that is healthier for us, which will make us happier as well. SmartSilk created their bedding using silk, which is found on the inside of the product, instead of the outside. What does this mean for the consumer? It means that it creates a cool environment that is unfavorable to dust mites, mold, and mildew, which in turn means that all those allergy and asthma suffers out there can sleep better.
Also using silk for bedding is a good choice. The silk helps regulate the temperature of the bedding with your body temperature, that way people who have night sweats can sleep more comfortably too.

From their Website:
The SmartSilk™ All Natural Bedding Collection provides all season comfort and the luxury of sleeping in breathable silk fill along with a soft cotton finish, offering a more comfortable night’s sleep. The SmartSilk™ Luxury Bedding Collection is created and produced in-house and was developed and designed in Canada.

My Apologizes....

I just wanted to take a minute and apologize for not posting much lately. The weather here in Indiana has been incredible lately. I can not believe how nice it has been for March. So I have been soaking up the great weather and playing outside with my kiddies as much as possible.
Also just as anyone else, I have been going through some personal issues as well. But lately I've been getting happier and happier. I have been doing a lot of cleaning of my home, and getting rid of people in my life who make me unhappy. So far that is working great!
So again, I apologize for taking some much needed time away from this blog and spending it with my kids. I hope to get some more reviews and giveaways posted soon. I have some really great ones in store for you, so please continue checking back. :)
And please enter the giveaways that are going on right now. Thanks I hope you all are enjoying the weather where you live. I know I've sure got Spring Fever now.
