Now, I know my wrist isn't a muscle, but I wanted to put this product to the test and see if it would help make my wrist feel better. So I ran some bath water, and poured about 2 handfuls into the tub. I got in and let my wrist emerge under the water while I soaked. I stayed in the tub until my water got too cool to stay in it. After I got out, I did notice that my wrist was no longer throbbing like it usually does. My whole body actually felt pretty good too. It was very relaxing to use this product in the bathtub. I also noticed that my skin felt softer too.
