Another family favorite in my household is salsa! We all love going out to eat at the Mexican Restaurants that serve those bowls of warm chips and fresh salsa. Well we had the chance to try out some excellent homemade salsa today. Aunt Nee's Fresh Foods makes it easy to create homemade tasting salsa in just seconds! When I came across this company I knew I needed to contact them and see for myself or should I say, taste for myself if the salsa tastes good or not.  Well it passed with flying colors! See the directions, it really is that simple!!! I put a can of tomatoes in the refrigerator for a few hours, dumped them into the blender added the packet of Mild Salsa and blended for 5 seconds, we like chunkier salsa here. And the salsa was done. My kids and I ate it for a late afternoon snack. If we WOULD have had left overs all you do is place the salsa in a covered container and it lasts up to a week. Ha I don't think anyone would have to worry about keeping this salsa around that long. We gobbled all of ours up in no time today.
