If You Care Review and {Giveaway!} Ends 11/18 (CLOSED)

It has been a few years now since I have been trying to be Environmental Friendly. I feel this is a very important subject, and even more important we do this for our kids. I use as many green products as I can, and I recycle everything that my city facilitates for and allows. It makes me feel good that I am doing my part. So anyway, I was ecstatic when I found out about If You Care Environmental Friendly Products.

100% Soybean Wax All Natrual Waxed Paper- Just like your mom's old favorite – only better! Made from unbleached paper and coated with 100% natural soybean wax, it's ideal for wrapping foods without affecting flavor. Conventional waxed paper is coated with paraffin wax – a petroleum based product. Soybean wax is clean, safe, non-toxic, biodegradable, and comes from a renewable and sustainable resource grown by American farmers, giving them an economical use for their soybean surplus.

Unbleached Totally Chlorine Free (TCF) Large Baking Cups- Made from the same material as our parchment papers, If You Care Baking Cups use premium quality unbleached greaseproof paper. Our baking cups use no chlorine in their production. And that means no chlorine is dumped into our lakes, rivers and streams. Available in three sizes – Mini (90 cups; 1.625in/4.14cm), Large (60 cups; 2.5in/6.35cm), and Jumbo (24 cups; 3.5in/8.89cm)

100% Recycled Aluminum Foil- If You Care Aluminum Foil is made with 100% recycled aluminum. While traditional foil manufacturing is a power-intensive process, ours uses 95% less energy to produce. Because there is no need to mine, our production creates less waste, while reusing a precious resource. If You Care 100% Recycled Aluminum Foil can be recycled again, providing your local recycling center accepts aluminum foil.*

100% Unbleached Paper Snack & Sandwich Bags- Made in Sweden from the unbleached pulp of Scandinavian spruce trees – a natural, renewable resource – If You Care Snack and Sandwich Bags are greaseproof, and provide a natural barrier which prevents grease or fat from penetrating. They are not treated with petroleum based paraffin wax or any other wax. Like all of our If You Care paper products, these snack and sandwich bags are totally chlorine-free, as a result of which, no chlorine is dumped into our lakes, rivers and streams. Perfect for snacks, cookies, muffins, nuts, chips, sandwiches and much more.

FSC Certified Parchment Paper- These premium quality FSC certified unbleached, greaseproof papers are perfect for a wide variety of baking and cooking needs. While some baking papers are coated with Quilon, which contains heavy metals like chromium that can be toxic when incinerated, If You Care Parchment Paper uses Silicone, derived from a natural element. It’s a much more expensive process, but one we feel is worth it for everyone. But perhaps most importantly, our baking papers use no chlorine in their production. And that means no chlorine is dumped into our lakes and streams.

Now, like I said before, I loved all of the products I reviewed, but the Baking Cups were my favorites! I decided to try them out first. These baking cups were really like no other baking cups I have ever tried before. I mixed up some muffins, and put the mixture into the cups, and I usually always spray cooking spray onto "normal" baking cups, but something told me not to bother with it this time. Wow! It was amazing, my muffins didn't stick to the baking cups at all. Now that is something new for me.
