GreenTeaDAILY {Review}

I have been struggling to lose weight for the past few years now. It has really been a challenge, and I’ve failed miserably at losing the weight. I also think the older you get, the harder it is to lose any unwanted weight. GreenTeaDAILY makes it easier to maintain a healthier weight by drinking their tea every day.

I recently just received a sample pack of GreenTeaDAILY to try. The box came with (3) of each flavor packet

• Strawberry Pineapple
• Chocolate
• Raspberry Lemonade
• Original
• Creamsicle (I did not receive this flavor)

My favorite was the Raspberry Lemonade. I love anything that has Raspberry flavor. This was also the first flavor I tried for that very reason. It had a hint of sweetness, along with bitterness, but it was rather refreshing. I didn’t care for the Chocolate flavor. I liked the other flavors though. For the best results, you should drink this two times a day.

The box comes with 12 packets that are small enough to tuck away in your purse, or desk drawer. They are great for on the go, when you may need something to take the hunger pang away for a while. You can purchase GreenTeaDaily Sample Pack (One week supply) for only $14.95. I would definitely recommend this tea to anyone who wants to lose some weight, or simply just because it tastes so good.

What you will find in GreenTeaDAILY!

GreenTeaDAILY contains over 450 mg of antioxidants and polyphenols per serving.

In addition we have added:

Calcium: An important nutrient for the health of our bones and teeth, also a vital mineral for a broad range of organs and body systems.

Maqui Berry: Said to have a high composition of disease busting anti-oxidants, much higher than other well known superfoods.

Noni: Help boost and maintain a healthy immune system. Acai: A remarkable concentration of antioxidants that help combat premature aging.

L-Theanine: Theanine has been shown to reduce mental and physical stress, and improves cognition and mood.

This is How GreenTeaDAILY Works!

The GreenTeaDaily Difference

GreenTeaDaily began with one ingredient: premium quality green tea harvested at first first flush. The whole idea was to introduce the power of pure green tea at its optimum stage. Rich with antioxidants and fat-burning properties, first flush green tea has the ability to elevate our body's metabolic rate, lower cholesterol levels, promote cardiovascular health, and most importantly, increase our body's immune power.

Antioxidants are elements found in fruits and vegetables that help get rid of free radicals in our body. This, in turn, helps slow down the aging process, giving us young and beautiful skin, and strengthens our body against diseases. Ultimately, green tea gives us the energy we need by regulating healthy weight loss. Unlike the energy drinks found in the market today, the energy we get from green tea has no side effects and is completely natural.

From their Website

GreenTeaDaily was made by a group of guys passionate about the abundant health benefits of green tea. Through extensive research and our immense love for life, we've developed an effective way to maintaining a healthy body weight, which prevents our body from developing all the ailments that come with obesity. And we achieve this by consuming green tea. So here we are blogging about healthy living, everything else that comes with it, and ultimately green tea. Cheers to life!

J-Burger will make your meals more flavorful and juicier!

Review
Recently I was given the chance to try out J-Burger for myself. I was sent a jar of each flavor.
We tried the Original Onion.  I decided I was going to use it as a Marinade for some Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast.  I used 6 Chicken Breast. I was careful to get each Chicken Breast coated with J-Burger. The label says to refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. I left it marinating in the fridge for about 9 hours. The texture of the sauce was very thick and manageable. It has a very nice smell to it, and we were excited to taste the Chicken.

After the Chicken was done marinating we decided we would grill it. So I had my son throw it on the grill. He grilled it on low for about 45 minutes. The Chicken was pretty thick and I wanted to make sure it was cooked all the way through.

After the Chicken was done grilling, it looked fabulous. The Chicken was served with Fried Red Potatoes, and Broccoli. The Chicken had a wonderful taste. I'm not going to lie I thought it would taste too much like onion, but it didnt! The Chicken was so juicy, moist, and very flavorful.  Everyone really enjoyed it. Even the kids! I would definitely recommend J-Burger to anyone who loves a good marinade, or is tired of dull tasting meats.

Buy it!
You can purchase J-Burger for  $6.99 each or get the J-Burger Combo Pack for $13.49 Here.

Or you could just

What I came home to!

This was a nice day to come home to, from being out and about today. I had 4 packages sitting on my front porch. Im looking forward to the day where I have a whole porch full. LOL Okay wishful thinking, but that sure would be awesome. Here's a secret, I didn't order any of these packages, or pay for them. Would you like to know how that works? Sure you do!

These packages came to me for free, from signing up for giveaways on other blogs. I sign up for  alot of giveaways. No...  I don't always win, but I think I win quite a bit of stuff. And with some of the things I win, are going to come in handy for Christmas. So that is the best part, winning giveaways saves you lots of money. There are many giveaway linkys all over the internet. If you are interested in finding giveaways, I suggest just google giveaways, or blog giveaways, something to that nature, and it will pull up tons of giveaways. Then I just enter giveaways that I would like to win. If Im not interested in a certain giveaway, I just skip that one and go on to the next. I have won many giveaways that had quite a bit of entries and I never thought I'd win... But I did.

So what are you waiting for? Getting packages in the mail is so much better than getting bills, right?
You have nothing to lose, well okay, maybe some time.. But its all worth it once you start winning and getting packages delivered to your house. So while you are here, enter my giveaways. You never know, the Winner could be YOU!

Please Do Not get discouraged if you don't win right away. Sometimes you will go through dry spells, but then bounce right back and start winning again. Here is some advice, if the giveaway has extra/bonus entries, that you know you can do, do them. It helps raise your chances of winning. Make sure you visit that blog everyday to get your extra entries in. And lastly, Good Luck!

Let me know, what is the best giveaway you have ever won? Right now I can't think of the best one, I've won a lot of good ones. :)

Supreme Protein® Bars Review and {Giveaway!} 3 Winners! Ends 10/16 (CLOSED!)

Recently I received three different flavors to try, Caramel Nut Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Jelly, and Peanut Butter Pretzel Twist for review. The bars are available in 50g bars and have 15g of Protein! They also carry them in 96g bars with 30g of Protein, Wow!

These bars are really like no other. I have tried Protein bars in the past, and thought to myself YUCK! Never again will I put something so horrible in to my mouth. Well Supreme Protein® Bars have completely changed my mind. They actually taste better than some candy bars out there.
The Review!
The first flavor I tried was the Caramel Nut Chocolate. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. After just one bite I knew I could finish the bar. It was very tasty and filling too. This bar kept me full for hours after eating it. Unlike other protein bars, Supreme Protein® Bars did not leave that unbearable aftertaste in my mouth.  In fact there was no aftertaste at all.
Next I tried the Peanut Butter Pretzel Twist. I don’t know how else to describe this, except DELICIOUS. This one was my favorite of the 2 I tried. The peanut butter was a nice texture and a good flavor. It too kept me full for hours.
My Son tried the Peanut Butter & Jelly one. He didn’t have much to say about it, except that he loved it. He is a hungry 10 year old always needing something to munch on. Well after eating this, he was full for a few hours, which was great news for me.

Pesky Flies!!!!

So here it is September is almost over. Im not looking forward to the cold weather, but I am looking forward to the flies dying off. Right now this is what is in my garage....   It is so nasty and disgusting.
These are 2 of the 3 fly tapes I have in my garage. Atleast they are working somewhat. There are still a lot of flies hanging around on the ceiling out there. But I'd rather them be in the garage than in my house. Right now there are 2 flies in my house that keep getting away. But I will get them that is for sure. Flies are so annoying. Pesks! Are what they are. I hate them buzzing around and landing in places we don't even want to talk about. Ewww. I think they have been extremely bad this year. Are any of you being bothered by flies right now? If not LUCKY! Or were you, and what did you do to get rid of them? Please let me know.

My! My! How they have grown!

Meet my kids, Devon and Brianna (back in 2006.) Look how tiny they were. They could both fit on the Trike together. Devon wasn't quite 5 yet, and Brianna had just turned 2. This is one of my favorite pictures of them. Alot has changed since this picture.

Now meet them today, Devon now 10 and Brianna 7. They have grown so much. Brianna has hair now. LOL Devon has lost 8 baby teeth, Brianna has lost 3. They are both in school now. Devon is a 4th grader, Brianna is a 1st grader. They fight a whole heck of a lot now. (But I know deep down they love each other.) Devon has a love for mowing the grass, and making the yard look nice. Brianna is your typical messy girl. Her room will show you that. They are both very independent, and don't want much help from Mom anymore. That greatly saddens me. But it would be expected eventually. But Im not ready for that yet. They are 2 awesome kiddies. One thing that hasn't changed is my love for them. They are my world and I would be lost without them.

Let me know if any of you win.

Right now you can head over to Pillsbury's Facebook Page and play their "Tasty Catch" Game. You can use your mouse to hover over the basket, making it move to catch the ingredients coming down. You can earn a coupon depending on how many ingredients you are able to catch in your basket.
I was able to score a .50/1 coupon. I didn't do too good because I was using the mouse pad thingy on my laptop and Im not very good at it. But this value is fine with me. Hopefully my Kroger will have them on sale soon and my coupon will triple making it a 1.50/1. Yay!

Twitter makes me Sad!

So today, I went to follow back a fellow follower of mine on twitter and it came to a screeching halt!  When I tried to follow back I got a pop up that said "It looks like you've hit a following limit" really????? I could then click on Learn More, so I clicked that. Pretty much I either need to delete some of my follows, or get more followers myself so that limit can be upped. This annoys me very much. I participate it twitter hops, which is a hop that you find more people and companies to follow in hopes they return the follow back. Now what am I suppose to do? I can not participate in these for the time being. I will have to go through all my follows and hopefully delete some that are just dead space. This will be very time consuming I am sure. I also like to sign up for giveaways, and as you all know, usually following a blog, and the sponsor are worth entries. Arghh that is 2 entries I will miss out on. I better get to deleting FAST!

This isn't really my first complaint with twitter though. I mean I havent actually sent them a complaint or anything like that. I just mean, I don't have a profile picture on my twitter... Here's why. I have no clue how to get one on there. I have tried several times, and I always get that picture of that whale saying "Over Capacity" So finally I just gave up. I can live with having an egg shape for my picture. I tried many different pictures I had on my computer to use, and every time, I got that stupid whale.

I've never really understood twitter too much anyway.  Who seriously does? Well okay, I am sure many of my readers do. I am just twitter illiterate. Some one please.. I beg you, Help me! See I am sitting here crying out for help all over this thing called Twitter! Alright, I'm not really. I am just confused, and would like any feedback  on this matter. I would greatly appreciate it. So if you are following me, and I am not following back, please be patient. I WILL follow back, when I can.

Brand Loyal? Yes or No....

Are you Brand Loyal to a certain product, or does it not matter to you? It matters to a lot more people than you would think. But here is my opinion on this topic. Since I coupon.... I can not be Brand Loyal to every single brand. But I do have a few select brands that I am loyal to and will not change that. But again couponing and sales makes it so easy to buy what you can find for cheap and feed it to your families. Then again if I do not personally like the taste or quality I will still buy it if it is cheap, but I can either donate it, or give it to family or friends that will eat it.

With couponing I buy very little "store brand" names of anything. Why you might ask, well that is simple when using manufacturer coupons, store coupons, and or sales, usually the "name brand" will end up being about the same price or even cheaper. In most cases I find it a lot cheaper. But as I've mentioned before, that is because my local Kroger triples coupons up to .50 But not every product will have a coupon so that is when the "store brand" is a better deal.

But for those of you who don't coupon. (Just so you know I cringed while typing that..) You can read the labels on the "store brand" products and see where the product was manufactured and it may end up that, the product was made by the same "Name Brand" company you like to buy from. So what are your thoughts? Do you as the consumer buy only certain products in which the name matters to you? Or do you just buy what ever is the best deal? If I did not coupon (which Im a lifetimer now) I would probably just buy all the "store brands" except the few brands I am loyal to, because it would look cheaper.

Overage! On my Kroger trip! 9/20

Im not really sure how.. But today I scored all these for an overage of .69 That's right they handed me over .69 for purchasing these items. So I saved 108% today.
Here's the breakdown.
(2) Dawn $1.49 each used (2) .50 coupons tripled to $1.49 =FREE
(2) Ajax .99 each used (2) .50 coupons doubled to .99 =FREE
(2) Knorr Pasta Sides $1.00 used (2) .45 coupons that tripled and took off   $1.35 each =-.35 each (Ah Ha thats where my overage came from. Hmmm wonder how that happened?)
(1) Old El Paso Taco Seasoning .82 used (1) .50 coupon that doubled to .82  =FREE
Im sure many of you are wondering why I keep buying all the Knorr Noodles, Ajax, and Dawn. Well that is simple, the Knorr coupons all expire 9/21 (which is tomorrow) and I am getting them free, and teh Ajax and Dawn coupons expire 9/30 and I am getting those free as well. I am planning on donating a lot of the dish soaps, and some of the Knorr Pasta sides since I got them for such great stockpile prices, which when its FREE that is a Great stockpile price, in case you are new to couponing. LOL So anyway my total saving today was $8.48 and like I said before a 108%. Yay!!!!
I haven't mentioned this yet on here, so from today's date my yearly savings for Kroger is $1,388.98! Which doesnt include clearanced items, or extra coupon savings. So that is pretty dang awesome in my book!

Donate If You Can...

So over the weekend I went through my kitchen cabinets and my pantry closet. This isn't the best picture, but I was able to get this much food out of my house and donated it to my local food bank. I feel really good about being able to donate this much food, and not put my family at risk for going hungry. This is all thanks to couponing. If I didn't coupon there would be no way I could do this, with the economy being this bad. But since I do use coupons every time I go to the store, I pick up things that I get for free, or next to nothing. I buy a lot of things my family doesn't need or use. That is okay, because I use these items to take to my food bank. I am positive someone can use them. I know my local food bank is always looking for canned goods, cereals, instant potatoes, and macaroni and cheese. So I am asking each and everyone of you, to please donate if you can. There are lots of people out there right now that do not have the food in their house to feed their families. And like I said before, even if you do not use a certain item, if you are getting it free or cheap, put it in your carts, and then you can donate it to some one that will be able to use it. Food banks also take personal hygiene products, such as toothpaste, deodorant, toothbrushes, feminine products, razors, pretty much any thing you can think of, Im sure they will gladly take it.
Since my local Kroger triples coupons I am able to get alot of toothpastes for free with sales and coupons. So next time you are looking through your Sunday Paper and see the coupon inserts, go ahead and clip them all and take them to the store with you and see what kind of deals you can get to help donate items to people who are less fortunate.   Lets all pay it forward!

Spell Check

So, over the years my spelling has just went down hill. Its quite sad. When I was growing up I always got A's in my Spelling Classes. But Now I'm so used to using a computer and getting lazier over the years, that I really don't have to think too hard about spelling a word. As long as I am close to the correct spelling I can just right click and choose the word I was trying to type. Some cases I'm not close enough and my word isn't listed. Oops!

But what happens when I am actually writing on paper with a pen? That gets embarrassing because that handy little right click isn't available and I actually have to spell the word correctly. My brain just doesn't function like it use to. Im blaming this on old age. I guess my brain has had to make room for other things that do not involve spelling. I have actually caught myself trying to find the correct spelling and wanting to click something on my paper. LOL. How crazy is that. So here is a question, have any of you had a problem with spelling since being able to auto correct and spell check everything on your computer? I mean don't get me wrong it does come in handy when writing important papers, or even posting on blogs. I guess I am glad I do not have to manually write that many papers anymore. I would totally be toast if I did.

Early Bird Gets The Worm.

So the saying goes "The Early Bird Gets The Worm" Well today I got me a big fat juicy worm then. Haha. I woke up way too early for it being a Saturday and having no plans. So I decided I was going to head to Save A-Lot. Boy am I glad I did. I got there a few minutes after they opened. I had planned on getting a few items there because I knew they were cheaper than what Kroger had them for. I also had on my list clearance Meat. As you can see from the picture above, I got me plenty of clearanced meat while I was there. I am not sure how much I saved, but for everything in the picture I paid $53.00 I think that was a great deal. I freeze meat up anyway, so getting it on mark down doesnt bother me. Its all packaged up and in the freezer now and I have plenty of meat for awhile. :)

I also went to Kroger today. I didnt post a picture because I bought a lot of stuff and since I had to package all that meat up I decided not to take a picture of my Kroger Shopping Trip. Some of the highlights were:
12 pack Mt. Dew 4/$11 so I got 4
2 Liter Mt. Dew .86 when you buy 6 so I got 6
Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast $1.97lb I got 4 packages which came out to be 11 BIG pieces so after they are split up I'll have 22 pieces.
I also got a package of Pork Steak on clearance for $8.22 There were 6 Huge Steaks in it.
I only saved 56% today at Kroger, But I did get a lot of stuff, and the Pop really adds up. (I don't drink that, my boyfriend does.)
